Caitlin Bergman is an experienced educator and curriculum writer, currently serving as a Curriculum Writer at the Center for the Collaborative Classroom since November 2021. Prior to this role, Caitlin held multiple positions at Education for Change Public Schools, including Director of Early Literacy, Literacy Coach, and First Grade Teacher from August 2013 to November 2021. Caitlin's teaching experience also includes roles as a Kindergarten Teacher at West Contra Costa Unified School District from August 2010 to August 2013 and a Third Grade Teacher at Oakland Unified School District from September 2009 to June 2010. Earlier in Caitlin's career, from July 2004 to July 2010, Caitlin worked as a Program Assistant at Marsh Youth Theater. Educational credentials include a Master's degree from Mills College, along with a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from California State University, Chico.
