Saralyn Santos is a skilled strategist and educator with extensive experience in program development and impact evaluation in both the civic tech and educational sectors. Currently serving as the Strategy, Impact, and Learning Associate at the Center for Tech and Civic Life, Saralyn supports the Government Services team and conducts user research to enhance programs for local election officials. Previous roles include STEM Engagement Coordinator and Equity in STEM Coordinator at the University of Washington Riverways Education Partnerships, where Saralyn developed and implemented STEM outreach programs for underserved schools in Washington. Saralyn holds a Master of Science in Human Centered Design and Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Informatics with a focus on Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Washington.
