The Behavioral Health Team at CSLOT specializes in applying evidence-based behavioral interventions to improve communication, social skills, and daily living activities for individuals with behavioral and developmental disorders. Comprised of Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians under the guidance of Program Supervisors, the team works collaboratively to design and implement personalized therapy plans, track progress, and support clients in achieving their goals, ensuring a comprehensive approach to behavioral health.
