Kathy Duda is their Human Resources Coordinator, who plans, coordinates, and directs all aspects of staffing, benefits management, staff training, and more. Kathy oversees the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consults with leadership team members on strategic planning; and serves as a voice on behalf of Spectrum Services Staff.
