Brissa Esparza is a Business Development Specialist at the Center for Rural Affairs, starting in March 2022. Previously, Brissa worked as a Bilingual Paraeducator at Grand Island Public Schools from October 2016 to December 2018. Brissa studied at Central Community College from 2015 to 2017 and Universidad de Guadalajara from 1997 to 2000.
