Tracy is a Data Operations Manager for the Data-Driven Interventions team at the Center for Policing Equity (CPE) since 2019. Her work focuses on data quality and systems for the National Justice Database (NJD).

Previously, Tracy led Program, Data and Operations at the poverty-fighting Robin Hood Foundation in New York. She brings a passion for data-driven social reform to CPE's fight for justice in policing.
