Ian Peatey is an experienced professional in training, consulting, and coaching, currently serving as the Founder and Lead Trainer/Consultant at PowerUp Teams since September 2020. Since 2017, Ian has also owned Extraordinary Relationships and has held the position of Vice President at Asociatia pentru Comunicare Non-violenta since 2011. As a Consultant for SolutionSurfers Romania and a Certified Trainer at the Center For Nonviolent Communication, Ian specializes in Nonviolent Communication across various contexts. Previously, Ian was a Team Coach at The Entrepreneurship Academy, a Partner at Coaching Partnership, and spent over a decade at Telos Partners and AIM Associates. Early career experience includes a significant role as a Senior Manager in Human Resources at PwC. Ian holds a BA in Economics from The University of Manchester.
