Raja Sankaran is an accomplished academic and professional with significant experience in marketing, business research, and IT service delivery. Currently serving as a PhD Guide at CMS Business School since July 2022, Raja has also held the position of Professor in marketing and business research at various institutions, including the International School of Management Excellence and Alliance University. Prior to academia, Raja amassed extensive industry experience, particularly as General Manager - Service Delivery at CSC India Pvt Ltd, managing IT infrastructure services for international clients, and as a consultant at NIIT, specializing in Unicenter NSM products. Raja holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi, complemented by an MBA in Marketing from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, and a B.Sc. in Electronics from Delhi University.
