Shawn Rogers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, strategic partnerships, and public policy within the fields of addiction and criminal justice. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager for the Center for Court Innovation since September 2022, Shawn has previously held significant roles such as Director of Strategic Partnerships at the Addiction Policy Forum and Project Manager at the Council of State Governments Justice Center, where a focus on communiqués, policy education, and technical support shaped successful initiatives.
