Lee Noriega serves as the Executive Director of Cybersecurity Services Organization and General Manager of Sales and Business Services at the Center for Internet Security since September 2023. Prior to this role, Lee held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Inceptus, a Managed Security Service Provider, and served on the Board of Directors at LISTnet. Lee co-founded Barracuda SKOUT Managed XDR, where contributions included operations, sales engineering, and cybersecurity advocacy. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Flash Networks and Intrench Technologies, and an executive role at Nortel Networks. Lee started a cybersecurity career as a Security Analyst for The Registry and owned a network security company, The Computer Security Group. Early experience in cybersecurity began in the U.S. Navy as an Automated Data Processing Security Officer overseeing substantial teams and budgets. Education includes attendance at Frostburg State University and Thomas Stone High School.
