Katie Buda is an experienced education professional specializing in Deaf education, currently serving as a Deaf Education Specialist at the Center for Hearing and Communication since 2022. Prior roles include Head Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing at Clarke Schools for Hearing and Speech (2019-2022) and Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing at New York School for the Deaf (2018-2019) and Summit Speech School (2017-2018). Katie began the journey in education as a Graduate Student Teacher at Neptune Deaf Education Program (2016-2017) and previously worked with children and young adults at Sidekicks Respite Care LLC (2014-2016).
