Megan Lepore has extensive experience in nonprofit development and sustainability, currently serving as Chief of Staff and Associate Vice President of Development & Sustainability at Center For Family Services since September 2017, where responsibilities include strategic resource development for the Camden Promise Neighborhood. Previously, Megan held key positions at Faith in the Future Foundation as Director of Principal Gifts, at Dunleavy & Associates as Senior Project Manager, and as Development Director at St. Christopher's Foundation for Children. Earlier roles also include Director of Advancement at The San Miguel School of Camden, Development Coordinator at Samaritan Hospice, and Director of the Catholic Charities Appeal for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. Megan holds an M.S. in Communication Management and a BA in Journalism, Public Relations & Advertising from Temple University.
