Julian Martinez is a Staff Attorney at the Center for Family Representation. Prior to this, Julian worked as a Customer Service Representative at Healthplex, Inc., where they assisted government based group members with plan information, benefits, claims, and inquires relating to dental insurance. Julian has also worked as a Law Clerk at the Queen's District Attorney's Office and the Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department, Grievance Committee. In addition, Julian interned at the Law Office of Michael Lambert, Esq. and was a Law Student at Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. Before becoming a lawyer, Julian was a K-5 Science Cluster Teacher at PS108K.

Julian Martinez attended Hofstra University, where they studied Education/Criminal and earned their Doctor of Law (JD). They then attended Brooklyn College, where they studied Biology/Biological Sciences, General and are currently working towards their Master of Education (M.Ed.). Lastly, they attended Hampton University, where they studied Spanish Foreign Language and earned their Bachelor of The Arts.
