Carole Beaty is an accomplished Chief Program Officer with extensive experience in operations, program design, and organizational development. Currently serving at The Centers since February 2017, Carole Beaty demonstrates a strong capacity for change management, leading to enhanced mission-based outcomes, improved staff morale, and financial stability in programming. Previously, Carole Beaty held the position of Chief Program Officer/Associate Executive Director at Family & Community Services, Inc. from August 1997 to January 2017, overseeing the administration of over 40 programs across a nineteen county service area, including two counties in Michigan. Carole Beaty holds a Master of Science in Positive Organizational Development & Change from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kent State University.
