Mark Rader is an experienced Client Development Manager at the Center for Energy and Environment, where responsibilities include helping businesses and non-profits optimize energy use, reduce energy waste, and manage sustainability planning. Previously, Mark served as a Lighting Consultant, focusing on administering Xcel Energy’s One-Stop Efficiency Shop® and educating clients on energy-efficient lighting solutions. Earlier roles include President of Efficient Lighting Contractors, LLC, and Sales Manager at CSS Power. Mark holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a BA in Business Administration and Exercise Science from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
