Shawna Detmer currently serves as the Tulsa Site Director for the Center for Employment Opportunities, a role initiated in May 2022, where responsibilities include hiring and supporting a diverse team, achieving program outcomes, and developing fund strategies in Solano County. Prior to this position, Shawna worked at the Community Service Council from September 2018 to December 2023, holding titles such as Program Manager for 211 Eastern Oklahoma and Grant Data Manager for the federally funded Tulsa Reentry One-Stop, which provides critical services to individuals impacted by the criminal justice system. Shawna holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith, earned between 2006 and 2010.
