Luiz Guevara is an experienced professional in nonprofit management and workforce development, currently serving as Site Director at the Center for Employment Opportunities since May 2023. Prior to this role, Luiz held various positions at Instituto Familiar de la Raza from February 2015 to November 2022, including Program Director for La Cultura Cura, Program Manager, and Case Manager. Luiz's earlier experience includes serving as a RAMP Resource Specialist and Career Advisor at Goodwill Industries, Job Developer at Youth Uprising, and Interim Director of Operations & Finance at California Tomorrow. Luiz holds a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Humboldt State University.
