Natalie Chang currently serves as the Director of Innovation & Special Projects at the Center for Disaster Philanthropy since May 2024. Previously, Natalie Chang worked at Stanford University as a Senior Project Manager for Strategic Initiatives and as the Coordinator for the Office of International Affairs from January 2018 to May 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Research & Learning Manager at Internews South Sudan, Content Developer for the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative, and a consultant for the United Nations OCHA. Natalie Chang's extensive academic background includes a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a BA with Honors in Human Biology from Stanford University. This diverse experience encompasses research, project management, and innovative program development within international humanitarian contexts.
