Nasra Ismail currently serves as the U.S. Enterprise Executive Director at Alight and holds the position of ICAP Fellow at The Aspen Institute. Additionally, Nasra is a Board Member at RefugePoint, the Founder of Generative Connections, and an Advisory Council Member at the Center for Disaster Philanthropy. Past roles include serving as a Policy Advisor for Technology & Innovation at the Federation of American Scientists and as a CARE UK Trustee at CARE International UK. Nasra has been involved in global efforts through roles such as Senior Global Director at GivingTuesday and Associate Director at Co-Impact. Educational qualifications include executive education programs at Harvard Kennedy School and Wharton, a Humanitarian Certificate from Harvard University, coursework at the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Services and Sociology from The George Washington University.
