Cesar F. Hernandez is a seasoned organizer and advocate for economic justice with extensive experience in community engagement and corporate social responsibility. Currently serving as the Senior Organizer for Economic Justice at the Center for Community Change since May 2014, Cesar F. Hernandez leads campaigns aimed at ending poverty and advancing economic justice through collaboration with various state partners. Previously, in roles such as Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at Reiter Affiliated Companies, Cesar F. Hernandez spearheaded initiatives like the Sembrando Salud Project to combat obesity in agricultural communities and managed local giving programs. Cesar F. Hernandez also held key positions at the Central Coast Alliance United for a Sustainable Economy and California Rural Legal Assistance, contributing to labor strategies and legal assistance efforts. Cesar F. Hernandez earned a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, from 1990 to 1994.
