Shreyas Dhond has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2010, they worked as an Engineering Trainee at WESTERN INDIA SHIPYARD LTD. In 2012, they interned as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Putzmister Concrete machine Pvt.Ltd. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Test Engineer for the Honda Dual Fuel Project at Don Bosco Technology Center, where they also served as an Engineering Trainer and Lecturer. In 2016, Shreyas joined the Center for Automotive Research as a Research Assistant, where they conducted various projects and experiments related to fuel injection strategies on diesel engines, cold start characteristics of fuels, and ignition quality testing. Additionally, in the same year, they also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Wayne State University.

Shreyas Dhond obtained a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering at Goa University from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they have acquired a certification in Industrial automation & process control (PLC and SCADA Programming) from Syngenta India LTD and DBCE, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification is not provided.
