Donald Walker serves as the Alumni Network Coordinator at Advance CTE, responsible for organizing post-fellowship activities for alumni of the Postsecondary State CTE Leaders Fellowship, focusing on professional development and networking. In conjunction, Donald works as a Career & Technical Education Trainer at CAST, providing instructional support across multiple educational levels. Previously, Donald held the position of Director of Multimedia at Detroit Public Schools Community District, overseeing the media arts program and facility restoration initiatives, along with extensive experience as Program Director for Digital Media in the same district. Donald's foundational leadership roles include serving as Director of Education at Specs Howard School of Broadcast Arts, where curriculum development and faculty management were key responsibilities. Donald Walker's academic background includes a PhD in Education from Wayne State University and multiple degrees and certifications in business, communication, and media.
