Rachel Neches is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analysis and urban policy. Currently serving as a Data Researcher at the Center for an Urban Future since June 2023, Rachel previously held the position of Policy and Data Manager at Times Square Alliance from February 2022 to June 2023, where advance policy initiatives were developed. Rachel also worked as a Policy and Data Analyst in the same organization and gained valuable experience as an Urban Planning Intern at Union Square Partnership. Early career roles include an Economic Development and Policy Fellow at Times Square Alliance, Research Assistant in the Urban Studies Department at Barnard College, and internships at the Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund. Rachel's foundational work experience includes roles at FAIR OAKS BREW PUB, LLC. and Chautauqua Children's School, as well as an internship in the office of Congressman Ami Bera. Rachel holds a degree in Urban Studies (Economics) from Barnard College and a high school diploma from Bella Vista High School.
