Stephen Reese has over 30 years of work experience in accounting roles, starting from 1993. Stephen worked as a Live Poultry Accountant at Marshall Durbin from August 1993 to May 1996. Stephen then joined Colonial Properties Trust in 1996 and held various roles including Multifamily Property Accountant, Retail Accounting Manager, Corporate Accounting Manager, and Corporate Accounting-Controller. Stephen worked at Colonial Properties Trust until June 2014. Stephen Reese has been working at Centennial since July 2014, where they have held positions such as VP Controller, Vice President Controller, and is currently the Senior Vice President Accounting.

Stephen Reese received their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Auburn University, where they studied from 1989 to 1993.
