Nicole Koss is an experienced professional in the fields of operations, recruitment, and vocational rehabilitation. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations & Recruitment at Centennial College since June 2019, Nicole has also held positions such as Acting Manager of Operations and Recruitment and Success Advisor, facilitating student success and connections to various college services. Prior experience includes teaching at Seneca College, where Nicole instructed a course on assessment theories in rehabilitation, and working as a Vocational Evaluator at VPI Working Solutions, developing vocational action plans and client profiles. Nicole has a strong educational background, holding a Master of Arts in Education from Central Michigan University and diplomas from George Brown College in Career and Work Counselling, along with dual bachelor's degrees in Human Relations from Concordia University.
