Lynn Ardizzi currently serves as the Vice President, People & Equity, and CHRO at Centennial College since October 2019, where Lynn leads the implementation and execution of the people strategy across the institution. Previously, Lynn held the position of Senior Director of Organizational Development and People Engagement at Sinai Health System, focusing on Human Performance and organizational wellness. Lynn's experience includes roles such as the Head of Strategic Talent Management at Metrolinx, Director of Talent & Technical Capabilities at RSA, and various learning and development leadership roles at Aviva Canada. Lynn's educational background includes a Master’s in Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, an Honors BA in History and English from Western University, and a degree in Indigenous Education from the University of Alberta. Currently, Lynn is pursuing further education at CTI through January 2024.
