Tim Dawes has over 25 years of experience in healthcare contract management and negotiation. Currently, Tim serves as a Consultant and Senior Contract Negotiator at Carolina Complete Health Network, Inc., a role held since October 2017. Previously, Tim was the Director of Vendor and Ancillary Contracting at Evolent Health, where responsibilities included managing national vendor relationships and collaborating with internal stakeholders. Tim has also held significant leadership roles at Apria Healthcare as Director of National Accounts and at Coventry Health Care of the Carolinas as Director of Network Management, focusing on negotiating managed care contracts. Earlier experience includes positions at NeighborCare, United Healthcare, Generations Family Health Plan, and Prudential Healthcare, each contributing to a robust foundation in network management and contract negotiation. Tim earned a BS in Health Management & Policy from the University of New Hampshire in 1994.
