Prakrati Kadekar is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Education Director at Design for America and Co-Director of Research & Newsletter Committee at Rutgers Women in Product. In previous roles, Prakrati has gained valuable experience as a User Experience Intern at Merck, conducting user research and presenting insights to stakeholders, and as an Interviewer and Brain Resource Creator for Simply Neuroscience, bridging connections between neuroscience professionals and students. Prakrati has a strong background in editorial work as Features Editor at The Eagle's Eye and contributed to projects at The New York Academy of Sciences, addressing telemedicine and mental health challenges. Currently pursuing dual degrees in Computer Science and Cognitive Science at Rutgers University–New Brunswick, Prakrati combines technical expertise with a passion for user experience and education in design and product management.
