Erik Hames, MHA, MBA, currently serves as the Government and Public Affairs Manager at Centene Corporation, with previous roles including Manager of Health Policy and Senior Health Policy Analyst. Prior experience includes positions as a Strategy Analyst at Highmark Inc., Political Compliance Associate at PCMS, LLC, and Legislative Intern at the U.S. House of Representatives. Earlier in their career, Erik held various internships, including a Full-Time Finance Intern at The Frost Group and Senior Campaign Finance Fellow for Brad Schneider for Congress. Erik holds a Master of Healthcare Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Virginia.
