Martha Matheny is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical investigation and compliance auditing. Currently serving as a Clinical Investigator at Centene Corporation since April 2023, Martha previously held the position of Lead Compliance Auditor at Lexington Medical Center from April 2020 to April 2023. Prior to that, Martha worked as Associate Director of Revenue Cycle Support Services at tRMC from October 2007 to April 2020, overseeing training, audits, and revenue integrity. Martha began their career in coding, serving as a Coder at Bamberg County Hospital from February 2006 to October 2007 and as a Coding Analyst at tRMC/Orangeburg Surgical Associates from January 2004 to February 2006.
