Feroz Khan possesses extensive experience in operations and management within the healthcare and customer service industries. Currently serving as Manager Operations at Centaur Billing since November 2021, previous roles include Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager in the same company. Prior to this, Feroz held various positions at Access Healthcare Services from February 2015 to November 2021, including Management Trainee and Senior Client Specialist, leading initiatives related to ROI analytics and data management. Additional experience includes roles in customer support and business analysis across several organizations, with a focus on team leadership, process enhancements, and quality assurance. Feroz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pondicherry University and a BSc in Chemistry from The New College.
