Mark Short is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business solutions and customer management. Currently serving as a Business Solutions Consultant and Customer Director at IFS since January 2002, Mark specializes in customer solution development, UX, R&D representation, and presales activities. In addition to this role, Mark has been a Solutions Manager at Cenium AS since February 2014, focusing on UX and solution integration within the hospitality ERP sector. Prior to these positions, Mark held the role of Manager of Reliability & Records at Midway Airlines from March 1995 to September 2001, where responsibilities included aircraft conformance control and failure analysis. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in AOT from Purdue University, earned between 1993 and 1994.
