Yildirim Kilincarslan is an experienced Project Planning and Cost Control Manager and Digital Transformation Manager at Cengiz Holding A.Åž since March 2015, overseeing various projects including the Mazidagi Metal Recovery and Integrated Fertilizer Facilities and multiple solar and power plant relocations. Previously, Yildirim served as a Construction Package Manager at Overseas Bechtel Incorporated, managing the New Doha International Airport project, and as a Site Engineer and Project Engineer at Turner International for the Qatar Museum of Islamic Arts. Yildirim holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Master's in Construction Engineering and Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Erciyes University.
