Erin O'Neill Doppke is a seasoned leader in instructional design and learning development, currently serving as Senior Director of Learning at Cengage Group since February 2009, where expertise spans management of a diverse team of over 120 professionals dedicated to enhancing pedagogical quality across various educational products. Erin's career includes significant roles such as Director of Learning, responsible for guiding content quality and providing scalable guidance within the organization, and Manager of Instructional Design, where innovative data-driven processes were developed. Prior experience as an Independent Contractor involved designing impactful training for Fortune 500 companies, complemented by leadership roles at Marmon College and Productivity Point Learning Solutions, where recognition as Manager of the Year was earned. Erin holds a BA from the University of Notre Dame and an MS in Instructional Technology from Northern Illinois University.
