Charese Hoy is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer retention and patient care. Currently serving as a Customer Retention Manager at Ensurian since July 2018, Charese also works as a Patient Care Technician at the Atlanta Center for Medical Research since 2012, where responsibilities include monitoring schizophrenic patients and managing discharges and check-ins.
