Jim Lester, P.E. is an experienced Automation Engineer currently employed at Turner & Townsend since May 2024, and previously served as a Controls & Automation Engineer at Cenergy International Services. Over the years, Jim has held various positions including Sr. Instrument Engineer at CAM Integrated Solutions, Project Engineer at VersaTech Automation Services, LLC, and Project Manager at E-Merge Systems, Inc., with a strong background in project management and engineering within the Oil & Gas and Water/Wastewater industries. Jim began a career in technology as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at North Carolina State University and has extensive technical expertise, having worked with control systems, instrumentation, and automation. Jim holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University.
