Previously, Pawan Verma was the Global Chief Information Officer at MetLife, where responsibilities included managing a $2 billion budget and leading technology strategy across 40 markets, focusing on enhancing customer experience through innovative approaches. Pawan Verma's extensive experience also includes leadership roles at Foot Locker, Target, and Verizon, with expertise in digital technology, customer experience, and platform architecture. Pawan Verma holds an MBA in Strategy and Management Information Systems from Kent State University and an MS in Software Engineering and Computer Applications from Government College of Engineering Aurangabad.
