Víctor Manuel González Bravo currently serves as the Head of Digital Procurement EMEA at CEMEX, a position held since November 2021, overseeing procurement business intelligence and Lean Procurement implementation in Europe. Prior to this role, Víctor held various positions at CEMEX from August 2015 to July 2021, including Operational Excellence Manager, where responsibilities included driving cultural change in operational excellence, and Customer Experience Service Center Manager, leading the establishment of a service and logistics center in the UAE. Prior experience with Neoris as a Senior Business Consultant involved coordinating customer service and supporting CEMEX's enterprise applications. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Digital Business from IU International University of Applied Sciences and several associate degrees in automation and engineering fields.
