Romeo Siquijor is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in information technology management within CEMEX, where roles include Regional CIO for North America, CIO of CEMEX USA, Chief Information Security Officer, and Global Datacenter Manager. Throughout over two decades at CEMEX, Romeo has been instrumental in enhancing operational continuity, ensuring information security governance, and overseeing a global datacenter serving over 50 countries. Prior to CEMEX, Romeo held positions as System/Network Administrator at Vitarich Corporation and GIS Administrator at The World Bank. Education includes a Master's degree in Information Systems Management from Harvard University, a Master's degree in Computer Science from Ateneo Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from San Sebastian College - Recoletos de Manila.
