Mark R Brown has over three decades of experience in operations management within the construction and recycling industries. Since June 1993, Mark R Brown has held the position of Operations Manager at CEMEX, overseeing quarries and landfill/recycling operations in the Midlands. Prior to this role, Mark R Brown worked as a Plant Manager at M P Burke Plc from February 1990 to March 1993. Mark R Brown completed education at Kirk Balk School from 1986 to 1990 and furthered studies at Barnsley Technical College.
