Maite Guerrero Sebastián has extensive experience in process improvement and safety management within the industrial sector, currently serving as Gerente Mejora Continua at CEMEX since October 2006, focusing on cement manufacturing processes through methodologies such as KAIZEN and Lean training. Previously, Maite held the position of Gerente PRL Aragón at CEMEX, overseeing the implementation of the Occupational Risk Prevention system across various sectors. Before joining CEMEX, Maite worked at Johnson Controls as Coordinadora de PRL y MA, managing environmental and safety systems, and as an Ingeniero de procesos, where Maite designed and implemented manufacturing processes. Maite holds a Master's degree in Operations Management from Instituto de Directivos de Empresa and has completed specialized training in process improvement and environmental techniques from various institutions, including Universidad de Zaragoza and Instituto Tecnológico de Aragón.
