Joyce Vargas Peña is an accomplished health and safety professional with extensive experience in leading and developing health and safety teams across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Health and Safety for CEMEX in Spain since June 2015, Joyce collaborates with business leadership to promote a world-class safety culture. Previously, Joyce held positions such as Health and Safety Engineer for the EMEAA region, EHS Manager at Eaton, and Sustainability and Quality Manager at Technicolor. With a solid educational background, including multiple master's degrees in health and safety, environmental engineering, and sustainability, Joyce is dedicated to implementing effective strategies that drive business performance and foster a Zero Incident culture.
