Jacob Kobi Moyal Attar is an experienced project manager with a robust background in construction and project management across various industries. Currently serving as a Project Manager at CEMEX since November 2021, Jacob oversees the Kadarim project, focusing on aggregate production for concrete in northern Israel. Previously, Jacob held project management positions at Oron Group Investments and Holdings Ltd and Olizki Group, where responsibilities included client meetings, cost control, and contract management. Jacob's career also includes experience as a Plant Manager at HeidelbergCement, directing manufacturing operations, and roles in security advisory and officer capacities with Global S. and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel. Educational qualifications include an MBA with a major in Marketing from The College of Management Academic Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Geology and International Affairs from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
