Ileanna C. Gonzalez Chapellin, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Business Analyst in Data & Analytics at CEMEX USA, a position held since March 2024, while also working as a Customer Experience Business Process Analyst at CEMEX since January 2019. Prior experience includes a role as a Graduate Recruitment Assistant at the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business, where data analysis on prospect-to-applicant conversions was performed. Earlier in the career, Ileanna coordinated significant CSR projects, including the establishment of a school for children with disabilities in Venezuela and the distribution of water filters to the Warao Indigenous Community. Additional roles included Production Manager and Laboratory Responsible at Representaciones Filmer & Co / Tintas Albion, and an internship at Tintas Albion. Educational qualifications include an MBA and an MS in Supply Chain and Logistics Technology from the University of Houston, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
