Blake Haider currently serves as the Global Head of Investor Relations at Cemex, a position held since April 2024. Prior experience includes significant roles at Citi as Managing Director and Head of Loans, Bonds, and Project Finance in Mexico from August 2016 to February 2023, and earlier as Managing Director in Capital Markets at Citigroup from March 2004 to February 2016. Blake also held a term at the Council on Foreign Relations from 2004 to 2009, and prior positions at Citi included Director of Debt Capital Markets for the Americas from 1998 to 2004. Blake's career began at Salomon Brothers, Inc. as a Vice President and Trader, followed by an associate role at Merrill Lynch in the International Investment Banking Group from 1991 to 1994. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Finance and Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA from Georgetown University.
