Adrian Gerardo Tamez Leal has extensive experience in information technology and process consulting, currently serving as an Information Technology & Process Consultant and Process Design Sr Consultant at CEMEX since December 2010. Notable achievements include leading the design of a new ready mix formulation and quality control system and collaborating across various departments to enhance ERP integration. Prior roles include Head of the Business Process Center of Excellence at Embotelladoras ARCA, where the focus was on promoting a process-oriented culture, and various positions at CEMEX where Adrian contributed to improving customer service processes and implementing business information systems across multiple countries.
