Thierry Cauche MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Thierry has held various leadership positions throughout their career.

In 1997, Thierry started their career at Carestream Dental as a Sales Manager in France. After two years, they joined SmithKline Beecham Corporation as a Project Manager in 1999.

In 2000, Thierry became the Managing Director for the French Software Industry at CompuGROUP Software GmbH. Thierry held this position until 2001. Following that, they worked at Henry Schein as a Marketing Manager for Capital Equipments from 2001 to 2003. Thierry then served as Director of Marketing, overseeing Direct Marketing, Communication, and E-Commerce, as well as other roles within Henry Schein from 2004 to 2009.

In 2009, Thierry joined DENTSPLY International as Vice-president of Sales for Dental Implants, where they managed sales in Southern Europe, the Middle East, and India. Thierry also took on the role of Managing Director for DENTSPLY Implants France, leading the integration of DENTSPLY Friadent and AstraTech Dental. During their time at DENTSPLY, Thierry implemented successful coaching policies, developed training programs, and achieved significant market share growth.

In 2016, Thierry briefly worked at Septodont as the EMEA Sales Director. Thierry then moved on to Align as the General Manager for France GP, leading the Invisalign and iTero General Practitioners team. Thierry's expertise in the dental industry and their knowledge of the French market contributed to the growth of Align in France.

In 2022, Thierry joined Digismile as the Chief Executive Officer.

Currently, Thierry is the General Manager of Medical Device at Cementic, a biotech start-up focused on developing innovative solutions using nano-biotechnologies to address dental health issues.

Thierry Cauche MBA completed their EMBA in Stratégie et Management at HEC Paris from 2003 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained their Master's degree in Marketing from ISG Institut Supérieur de Gestion between 1986 and 1989. In addition to their formal education, Thierry Cauche also holds certifications in TOIC, which was obtained in May 2003, and Certification Google Digital Active, which was granted by Google.
