Ismail Doruk serves as the Director at CELT Colleges since May 2003, specializing in management and instruction across various English language proficiency exams, including IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, GMAT, GRE, TEFL, TESOL, Business English, and IGCSE. Additionally, Ismail Doruk has been involved with the Work and Travel program, facilitating international cultural exchange opportunities for students through summer work and travel experiences in the United States. Since April 2014, Ismail Doruk has also been associated with Global Language Training, where support is provided to students aspiring to become international English teachers through TEFL and TESOL training.
