Caio Tardin is a seasoned professional in production management and engineering with extensive experience in Lean manufacturing and production planning. Currently serving as Production Manager at CELO since July 2021, Caio leads Lean methodology implementation at the US branch and oversees the main production department's scheduling and operational strategies. Prior roles include Production Planning Engineer at CELO, Production Specialist and Supervisor at Mammoth Distribution, and Production Planning Intern at BAT. Caio began the career journey as a Logistics Project Intern at GEFCO. Educated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Universidade Candido Mendes and a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, Caio emphasizes continuous improvement and efficiency in production processes.
