Camilo Morales Farias has extensive experience in system development and operations, currently serving as an Ingeniero de desarrollo en sistemas at Celmedia since November 2014, where responsibilities include analysis, standardization, development, and migration of both legacy and new IT systems using Scrum methodology and agile development practices. Prior to this role, Camilo worked as an Ingeniero de operaciones y desarrollo, focusing on the development of new SMS messaging services, platform monitoring, service maintenance, and client support. Camilo's career began as an Analista programador at CAS-CHILE S.A de I. in 2013, where duties involved gathering requirements and developing web systems, as well as maintaining and improving existing systems. Camilo holds a degree in Ingeniería en Informática from INACAP, obtained between 2009 and 2014.
